So long Red Plaid!

The day I sold my very last Red Plaid stocking was SO sad for me! This was the very first designer fabric that i ever purchased. The rich red and green colors, paired with cream and gold. Tiny wavy polka-dots, the uneven-ness in the stripes that made everything fall so perfectly together. It was my first true fabric love.

I made my very first stockings out of this fabric:

 I made a large detailed santa clause advent calendar, 2 pillow shams, and this beautiful quilted tree skirt:

This fabric holds SO MUCH sentiment for me. I will miss this fabric so much, and hope to one day find a replacement plaid that I love just as much as this! So long red plaid!! Thanks for all your inspiration!

I had an absolutely crazy, busy and beautifully successful holiday season! Here is a BIG THANK YOU! to all my wonderful, fun, loyal customers! I really appreciate all of your business and referrals! Here are my best selling stocking sets from last year. As I expected, Moda Blitzen was a fantastic success! This line of fabrics contains endless possibilities for color and pattern combinations. Paisley!! This set was a custom order from one of my lovely customers! Red, green and white paisley with teal accents and toes, ruffled ribbon heel/toe borders, and coordinating embroidery, hanging from coordinating satin ribbon. LOVE!

Blitzen TREE SKIRT!

Look at THIS!!! Awhile back I posted lots of fun pictures of my new fabric line by Moda: BLITZEN. Im IN LOVE with these fabrics. They are just so cute and fun and festive! Here is a sneak peek of the newest product made of out this line... a tree skirt!

Each piece of this quilted tree skirt is designed, cut, and sewn by hand, by me! These tree skirts have a coordinating ribbon closure that ties into adorable bows. Many hours and lots of creativity go into these amazing tree skirts. No glue is used, no seams are exposed, no cheap products. Just pure quality work!

Beautiful Benartex!

I absolutely LOVE Benartex fabric!!


They have some really beautiful color schemes. This specific fabric is designed by Nancy Halvorsen, another one of my favorites. She makes some of the MOST beautiful, cutesie patterns out there! Whenever I need my fabric high, this is the designer I search for :)! This red is such a beautiful shade, adorned with little splashes of light in many different, but coordinating colors that will look amazing in ANY home, no matter what your decor! Here is this fabric brought to life in a one-of-a-kind Christmas Stocking set!
